With more than 35 years of experience, we’ve built a highly successful business based on customer service, an uncompromising commitment to customer satisfaction, innovative marketing and branding, and a turnkey approach to franchise development. But the real foundation of our success has been the strength of our relationships with our franchisees and our commitment to shared success.
Awards are nice, but the ones we’re most proud of are those we’ve received based on our own franchisees’ responses.
"The CFA Awards of Excellence in Franchising truly set the benchmark for franchises throughout Canada. Because the awards are based on franchisee responses, it is a significant honour for a franchise system to be so highly regarded."
- Lorraine McLachlan, CFA Past President and Chief Executive Officer
As you prepare for your own grand opening you will appreciate the true benefit of owning a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise – More than 35 years of expertise and a comprehensive operating system to guide the day-to-day sales, marketing and operations of your franchise.
At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, we give our franchisees the best mentorship and support in the industry. Our support begins with an intensive 5 day training program at Stick Men University® that consists of hands-on training covering all aspects of running your own TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Franchise. During our training program you will have an opportunity to shadow one or more successful franchises in our system. Training continues with 5 days at home office in Toronto and finishes up with 3 days of on-site training in your office.
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®’s support for new franchisees doesn’t end with our training program. Our home offices in Toronto, Ontario and Lansing, Michigan, are there to provide the coaching you need. And when you open your office, we provide a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) who will help you manage staff recruitment, training and assist you with your first few moves. And as your franchise momentum builds, your FBC will provide assistance in planning and executing grass roots marketing initiatives and community networking activities.
One example of support from Home Office is when Dawn Kroeger, Director of Marketing and Heidi Sharp, Lead and Email Marketing Specialist, travelled to Toronto from TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®/International’s Lansing Michigan office to review the new Marketing Playbook with our Canadian franchisees.
Effective grass roots marketing combined with a robust advertising program is likely to result in double digit growth each year.
At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, our focus is on customer service and satisfaction. We attract and retain customers by continuously striving to exceed our customer’s expectations in high value and satisfaction and we provide an unmatched franchise opportunity that is built on a world class automation platform that puts success within reach. The "Movers Who Care"® operating system provides our franchises with the customer and financial information and business intelligence they require to become the dominate player in the local and regional moving industry in their marketing territory.
